Our books, manuscripts and autographs are guaranteed to be
authentic and as described. Ten Day return policy : If the item
is not as described, please let us know and you can return it for
a full refund including return shipping costs. If you return the
book for any other reason within 10 days of receipt, a refund will
be issued less Shipping & Handling and there is a 15% re-stocking
fee. Our goal is to make you happy about your book purchase. If
you have any questions about your book, please do not hesitate to
contact us.E-Mail PreferredIf you call and no one
is available, the voicemail is set to pick-up after six (6) rings.
Please let the telephone ring and you can leave a message.
However, it is preferred that you send an e-mail message as it
takes time to locate the book & respond to your order.We
respond to all email within 24 hours. If you order a book via
E-Mail and no one responds, it is possible that your e-mail or
order through the ordering system did not come through or your
return e-mail address had a typographical error. Every once in a
while, we attempt to respond and the e-mail will not go through.
If you do not hear back from us, please re-send your order or
e-mail.
