CROMWELL BOOKS is based in Southern California. We sell
used & rare books over the internet and carry a large general
selection of most topics in all conditions.If English is
not your first language, you can translate these pages into most
languages by copying it and going to:

Our Stores are not open to the public because all of the books are
stored by database number (i.e. making it impossible to browse the
inventory).
Our books, manuscripts and autographs are guaranteed to be
authentic and as described. Ten Day return policy : If the item
is not as described, please let us know and you can return it for
a full refund. If you return the book for any other reason within
10 days of receipt, a refund will be issued less Shipping &
Handling and there is a 15% re-stocking fee.
If no one is available, the voicemail is set to pick-up after six
(6) rings. Please let the telephone ring and you can leave a
message. However, it is preferred that you send an e-mail message
as it takes time to locate the book & respond to your order.
If you order a book via E-Mail and no one responds, it is possible
that your e-mail or order through the ordering system did not come
through or your return e-mail address had a typographical error.
Every once in a while, we attempt to respond and the e-mail will
not go through. If you do not get a response within 1 day, please
re-send your order or e-mail.
